Shanlin River Oolong Tea:
Shalin River is 1,600 meters above sea level. Even now, the areas near Shalin River preserved its natural forestry conditions. Along with misty conditions all year long and richness in soil, rainfall in the area is just right, the average temperature during spring and winter production seasons never goes above 20 degrees.
The tea leaves in this production area are high in quality and nutritional value. When tea is brewed to clarity, a smooth taste follows during consumption. 
 
Product Details

History
Shanlin River Oolong Tea originated from a high-mountain tea plantation high above the sea level in Nantou of Taiwan. Since this area is filled with mists throughout the year, soils retained its richness without being polluted by the environment. Therefore, the tea leaves naturally attained a unique mountain taste. The taste of the tea is rich, sweet and smooth, with an elegant aroma that differs from the rest. Coupled with a natural smell stemming from its unpolluted forest, Shanlin River Oolong Tea allows one to experience the fun of natural forestry. Thus, it is definitely worth a taste in one’s hectic schedule. This product is compliant with International Food Standard, as well as guaranteed to be all natural with zero harmful materials.

For winter tea, please use boiling water with a water temperature between 95~100 degrees Celsius.

  1. Warm Tea: Place tea leaves into the center of the tea ware, pour in approximately 80cc of boiling water, then pour out into a warm cup after 5 seconds for consumption.

The duration for the first infusion is 120 seconds; the duration for the second infusion is 110 seconds, and third infusion is 120 seconds; the fourth infusion should take 130 seconds, with the fifth infusion
