Based on years of experience, 1 gram of tea leaves should be accompanied by 15~20cc of water, therefore 7 grams should be accompanied by 105~140cc of water, depending on the freshness of the leaves.
Brewing Temperature: Ripe Tea 100 degrees; Fresh Tea (not roasted, low or medium-low heat) 95 degrees

Tea leaves comes from Ruili Village in the Alishan Area that is 1,200~1,500 meters above the sea level. In terms of tea making in Taiwan, Ruili Village is the first place that produces high-mountain tea. Inheriting the techniques passed down from Lugu Village, tea plantations of Taiwan abide by strict and meticulous tea making process, making up for the lack of height in altitude of its location.
