History
In order to produce different, one-of-a-kind tea leaves, the owner of the tea plantation adopted a natural farming method in cultivation, refusing to use any form of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. A stereo system is installed in the tea plantation to play music, as research had indicated that music assists in the growth of plants. The plantation owner firmly believes that the love for tea trees should be no different from the love demonstrated to another human being, in which one shall be reciprocated with what one offers. If you give tea trees excellent environment to grow, the tea trees will surely respond with quality tea leaves. Tea trees not only need to “eat good, sleep well,” they also need to “listen well.” In essence, the development of the mind and body must go hand in hand, you can’t do one without the other. Every morning, the owner will play beautiful light music in the plantation for 8 hours. As light music shuttles throughout the entire plantation, tea leaves wobble back and forth along with the morning wind, as if loyal listeners nodding their heads while enjoying the music. The tea trees, which grew along with music playing, did not disappoint. The tea trees grew dense, with plump leaves. Coupled with the fact that the plantation itself is a high-mountain tea area located at 1,300 meters above the sea level while running through the northern tropic, the plantation is filled with plentiful sunshine, distinctive seasons, and clear temperature differences between the night and day. Additionally, the plantation’s unique terrain advantages are even further complimented by copious rainfall, organic soil quality, and misty conditions throughout the year. The tea that stems from the tea leaves produced presents a bright and clear color, with a fresh scent. Along with light fragrances of flower and ripe fruits, one can slowly taste the smooth tea aroma, which spreads out the exquisite taste of high-mountain tea gradually from the tip of one’s tongue to one’s esophagus.
For winter tea, please use boiling water with a water temperature between 95~100 degrees Celsius.
